What I Made, January 2026

This woven wall hanging was the last one I made in January, but it's my favorite for the month. A white-and-gold woven base with an olive-green vintage floral silk sari, rough-stitched, kantha-quilt-inspired overlay.

For the blue and grey wall hanging, I was doing an exercise in sustainability and made this piece using entirely scraps from previous things that I had made.

Next we have a peach, white, and gold wall hanging and her more demure sister weaving peaches and cream.
